1. Who we are
Ghostline AIO is based in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Contact: open a private ticket in our Discord community.
2. What we collect
- Purchase information: your email address, name, and billing details needed to process payment. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- License information: your license key and, when you redeem it, your Discord user ID and basic activation data (for example when and how often the key is checked).
- Support information: messages you send us in our Discord community.
The software runs on your computer. Retailer account credentials and payment details you enter into the software are stored on your own device and are not sent to us.
3. How we use it
To process payments, deliver and verify licenses, assign your Customer role in our Discord community, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and license verification), Discord (community and role assignment), and email or other delivery providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud.
5. Retention
We keep records for as long as needed for your license, support, accounting, and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by opening a private ticket in our Discord community. We may need to keep some records for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
8. Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
