Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Ghostline AIO ("we", "us") is based in Columbus, Ohio, USA. Support is provided through private tickets in our Discord community. By buying or using Ghostline AIO you agree to these Terms.
2. What we sell
We sell a license to use downloadable software that automates checkout steps on certain retail websites, using accounts, shipping details and payment methods that you provide. We do not sell, ship or resell retail products, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a retailer.
3. License
When you subscribe and pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices for each paid subscription period. You may not resell, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software or your license key. One license is for one person.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your accounts, your payment methods, and every purchase made using the software.
- You must follow the terms, purchase limits and policies of each retailer or website you use. Some retailers restrict automated purchasing, and accounts may be limited or closed as a result. That risk is yours.
- You must not use the software for fraud, to purchase with payment methods you are not authorized to use, or in violation of any law.
- Keep your license key and account details private.
5. No guarantee of results
Retailer websites change and stock is limited. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any purchase will succeed.
6. Subscription, payments and revocation
Ghostline AIO is a $50 per month subscription. It renews automatically each month and charges your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period already paid. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final, as described in our Refund Policy. We may revoke a license for breach of these Terms, for a chargeback or payment dispute, or for misuse.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed purchases, account restrictions, or retailer actions.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the software and these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the software at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
